I am currently not accepting new clients unless you have been given a gift certificate. New clients with a gift certificate will need to call or email to book an appointment.The easiest way for current and returning clients to book an appointment is online.
Additional sanitation and safety protocols have been put in place to minimize any potential of risk due to COVID. I am also fully vaccinated. Please feel free to call or email with any questions or concerns.
Be advised that these plastic gift cards, and any gift certificates purchased prior to October 1, 2016 were sold by Penny and the company Hands of Health Professional Massage Therapy, Inc. These gift cards/gift certificates are no longer valid. That business was legally closed at the end of 2016. I have been operating as Hands of Health Massage Therapy, because that's where most of my clients know me from, but it is not the same entity that it was. I accepted these gift cards/gift certificates in Oct, Nov, and Dec of 2016 and all of 2017 even though I received no compensation for doing so. That was my choice, because I felt they should be honored for a period of time. I did just over $5000 in services essentially for free, but I can not continue to do that.

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is requested when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you cancel your appointment with less than 2 hours notice prior to the scheduled start of the appointment, you may be required to pay for the service before being allowed to book future services.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
